Order Quantity :
There is no minimum order quantity subjected to fabric availability in stock. But at the same time order value should not be less than AED:2000

Quotation Approval And Proforma Invoice:
Once quotation is approved with quantity and size wise detail, we will issue proforma invoice for your final confirmation or get purchase order from your side with 50% advance payment of order value to proceed further.

Specs & Sizes
We are following UK based standard sizes for all your product.

Sampling:
Available quality samples will be provided for quality approval and after order confirmation we will proceed for preproduction samples for final approval. Preproduction sample will be with actual color/Quality/embroidery/printing and signed by customer to avoid any mistake in actual orders.

Bulk Production:
Bulk orders production will be started after getting final approval on preproduction samples and no change will be accepted in terms of quality/color/printing/embroidery once preproduction sample is approved and production started.

Delivery:
It will take 10~15 working days for urgent orders subjected to the availability of fabric in our stock.
It will take 50~70 days for bulk orders on the basis of overseas fabric in special colors and quality.

Quantity Tolerance:
+/- 3% will be acceptable for bulk orders

Packing:
Individual poly bag packing for each garment then reasonable quantity in export quality cartons.

Shipping:
Free delivery within UAE.
For exports order, order can be shipped by road/by air/By sea as per customer requirements including shipping charges in final invoice and all other custom duties and clearing charges will be paid by customers at their home country.

Payment terms:
50% advance and 50% at the time of delivery.
100% advance for order value less than AED: 2000
50% advance and balance 50% T/T or direct transfer to our account before releasing shipment for overseas customers.

Refund & Order Cancellation:
Once production is started,order may not be cancelled or changed and we can allow for change in sizes but not refuned.
